I have been giving a lot of people a list of clinicians that are local. I am super excited for the increase of people that are caring for their mental health.
As a clinician myself I am very aware of the difficulty some people face when trying to seek help. I started openly discussing the help therapy could provide to individuals, families and even couples as I was not only providing services to others but seeing the changes they were able to make with the assistance.
When I created this list and theard the positive feedback from family and friends it let me know this was a good decision.
